As for the current restaurant, it is fully equipped, is in working order and can continue operating until the new restaurant is built. It has a capacity for 150 people on the terrace and 48 people inside. The covered area is 325sqm and the total area is 774sqm.
This restaurant usually has a very high turnover and is one of the few that is still located at beach level. It can operate from breakfast time until the evening, as a bar, and is not limited in terms of noise or the volume of background music because it is isolated.
The space has two rooms, two bars, three large storage areas, a pantry, a large kitchen, a separate pantry, a changing room area, two public restrooms, a bathroom with a shower for employees, and also a private area with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a ramp for disabled access to the restaurant.
